In short. You can try everything on the Free plan before paying. Cancel Pro whenever you like, and it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. A first annual payment can be refunded in full within 14 days.
Free costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It runs the same analysis as Pro, so you can see what Firmpath finds for your own product before you pay.
Cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part of a month.
If we charge you by mistake, or the service is unavailable for a long stretch, we will refund the affected amount. If you were charged twice, tell us and we will refund the duplicate.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with your invoice number. Our reseller,
Paddle / Lemon Squeezy, issues the refund to the payment method you used. It usually arrives
within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You can also contact the reseller directly using the details on
your receipt, and their buyer terms may give you additional rights.
